Hello. I am a Malaysian girl living in Tokyo. I love eating and cooking since I was a child, and that passion leads me to get a degree in Food Science. I came to Japan in 2010 to study Japanese language, and I was lucky to work in one of the largest ready-made meal service in Japan right after my language course. I often get asked what is all about Malaysian Foods in Japan~ Well, rather than lengthy explanation, I often had Malaysian food home party for my Japanese friends. If you have want to try Malaysian food, or miss a kind of Malaysian food during your travel, you are welcome to my Malaysian kitchen in Tokyo.

This is the first time to eat Malaysian dishes for me, and I ate Malaysian curry. I have stayed long time because of fun to talk with her about Malaysian culture and foods. She also live in nice share house, so I work around for a preview the building.
    Thank you for great time!

This was my first time to try Malaysian cuisine and I liked the taste lightly seasoned. Amanda explained how to make them which was very interesting. If I have a chance, I want to visit again.

Amanda is a great COOK for Malasian home-cooked meals! I enjoyed her nasi lemak and some kinds of Malaysian food in Kanagawa. She told me how to make Malaysian dishes in Japan, which was very intersting. Thanks Amanda, and I recommend her if you want to learn about Malaysia!

Looks so colorful and beautiful, tasting a little spicy but it make me fresh feeling! I had a great time with Amanda. She has lived in higashi-kanagawa, Kanagawa prefecture for a year.(※The map location has a mistake, she is no longer lived in Koiwa.) She treated me the variety of malay meals. At first, our feast started to drink flesh Lemon-tea with cozy chatting. As the appetiser, she prepared vegetable pickles and a fried-tofu! The main dish is Nashi-Lemak which has some varietion so she picked up the india type. It was such as a chicken curry, the tasting is a little sweet and spicy!:) After finishing these meals, she treated me the dried-mango yohgrt as the deseart. It was really fresh and sweet!
Not only the cooking, she has a talent for 5 languages! (English, Japanese, Malay, Chinese and Korean) So you can enjoy having a good communication with her! Thanks for treating these special meals, Amanda:)
