初めまして！長谷川デイシーと申します。
現在、日本においてのボリビア料理はまだ全然知られていません。そのため、日本で数少ないボリビア料理教室を開催し、皆さんにもっと知って頂ければと思います。
自宅にはかわいい2匹の犬と猫1匹を庭で飼っています。

天気が良い日には、庭で食事をする事もできます。

料理教室では、料理をしながらスペイン語でも話し、同時に食だけではなく、ボリビアの言葉と文化も学ぶ事ができます。

全ての料理教室では、あなたの言語で丁寧でわかりやすい写真付きのレシピをご用意致します。

ですので、お料理が初めての方や苦手な方でもとてもわかりやすく教えします。どうぞお気楽にご参加ください。
