Falsomagro (Italian rolled roast)
"Falsomagro" is an italian rolled roast filled with ham, egg, minced meat, lardo and parmegiano cooked in tomato sauce for a long time. It'a a recipe from sicily and really aromatic in his taste. The meat becomes tender and delicious.
Before the main course there is a range of antipasti wich you can choose from a list once you booked the dinner. hope to see you soon.
