Embutido is a traditional Filipino style meatloaf, wrapped in an aluminum foil and steamed. There are so many ingredients needed and preparation time to make this recipe, but once it is prepared and cooked it can be stored and freeze, it is the perfect dish for those unexpected guests.
Many thanks, Olivia san.
I really enjoyed spending time with your family.
Hi, all kitchhikers, I reccomend you philipine food. It seems good combinathion with rice.
Olivia san is very very friendly, and she told us a lot of philipine culture in Japanese.
She is very kind because she would wait for us who were 1 hour late to visit her after work.
Really sorry and thanks a lot, Olivia san.
Olivia is friendly and cute person.
I have enjoyed a lot her Philippines food, it was tasty asian food which I cannot make.
We have also had a great time with her sweet daughter and my baby.
Highly recommended her dish, please try booking and enjoy a company with her!
Location is good also for a car driver. She kindly reserved me a parking lot, that was very helpful.
Hope see you again Olivia-san;)
I had a wonderful time here.
This was the first time for me to use KitchHike, so I was waiting the day with exciting and anxiety.
But these feelings have changed as soon as I met her and her cute daughter.
Olivia and her friendly kids made me sooooo happy!!
And also, of course, Olivia's Philippine dishes were so great!
Although I've never tried Philippine dishes before, I loved them.
I hope to see them again.
Thank you, Olivia!!
This was the first time for me to use kitchhike and have filipinene's meals. Olivia is friendly and wonderful cook! Thanks to her and her family, I had great time. There is few filipinene's restaurants in Japan, but you can come to Olivia's house! Totsuka is very close to Yokohama, you can enjoy sightseeing also. Thank you very much for Olivia!
This kitchhiking was the wonderful time with Olivia's Philippina food!
Actually, I was in the Philippines three months and had studied English at Baguio. Taking with Olivia reminds me of my living in the Philippines. She has a bright personality and makes us fun.
There is a cute dog and a charming rabbit at her house. And her daughter is very lovely.
Olivia is verrry cheerful and happy woman! enjoyed the conversation about Philippine culture, food and so on. This desserts are made from jack fruits and vanilla. It was the first time to eat and they were tasty so much.
