Tagliatelle is a pasta typical from the center and north of Italy. Normally its served with ragou but you can choose also tomato, pesto, carbonara or a very special sause made of ancovis, garlic, dried tomato, pine nuts and raisins (recipe from my mother in law!).
Included are three different antipasti.
