Japanese "Omotenashi" dishes

You can enjoy “Omotenashi-style” Japanese dishes with Sake. “Omotenashi” is a noun that means “to entertain guests wholeheartedly” and the verb for it is “motenasu” (u-verb.) Upon the decision to hold the Olympic Games in Tokyo, this word has been picked up to show the world the essence of Japanese hospitality that it stands for. We provide a variety of food which is in season. And we use dishes what is traditional Japanese pottery. Please enjoy our Omotenashi dinner! Please tell me if you have allergies or any dislikes of food. I will try my best to choose the seasonal ingredients depends on what you like. My place is pretty close to Shibuya. Good stop-by for your time!

Been in Japan for the forth time, thinking that should try something new and different foods from locals, then found Chikage and KitchHike.
Chikage is a really lovely lady, her apartment is a short walk from the station, I felt very comfortable and welcome in Chikage’s home. She and her husband were great, she had planned my menu with care and asked me my taste before my arrival.
The homemade Japanese food with beautiful "UTSUWA" offered a stunning variety of flavours and textures that triggers my willing to try more local foods, and we did a delightful talk during my stay.
Come to Chikage's home for a nice meal, she is quite an amazing cook.
