The food that I love doing are experimental dishes & drinks that come from fresh, local ingredients in-season. Fusing local indigenous fruits & herbs with non-local flavours is also a habit of mine. Being an importer of beverage products, I pay particular attention to the drinks that I serve as well -- most of them infused, brewed, or fermented.
There is no specific nor consistent theme to my menu. What is served is what is from the best available ingredients around me with a little bit of crazy on the side. I assure you that it is usually the good sort of crazy :)

I went to her house with 3 hikers. It was our first time to use this system, but I was impressed what local meals are.
We ate appetiser, main dish and dessert in order. Appetizer is a loaf of bread and we could dip it to traditional sources, we had steaks made of pig meats and fish as main dinner. finally, they served ice cream to each hikers. Of course, everything's great. We ate many kinds of meals such as meats, vegetables and fish. Each hiker has a different kind of favorite meals. I recommend you all meal!
If I have any chance, I'd like to use this website and eat her great meals.

I'm doing genetics & also business. Experimental food & beverages are some of my interests. I like trying new methods in cooking and mixology using local ingredients.
