I live on the top floor of a ten story apartment building facing the beautiful grounds of Sophia university in Tokyo(Yotsuya).
You will be able to see Mt Fuji from my bacony if the weather is good. I studied nutrition at university in Tokyo and qualified to teach recipes that are prepared with Chinese herbs. Also, I'm a food cordinator. I lived in London with my family from 1986 to 1991.
I'm offering 3 courses including, various style of sushi, Japanese cooking( including my original recipes) and recipes that use Chinese medicinal herbs( Yakuzen ). These recipes use 5 colors of foods which have benefical effects on 5 organs. You can try any of the 3 courses you like. I'm a housewife and I'd like to teach all of you healthy Japanese cooking at my Kichen at lunch time. I'm looking forward to seeing all of you in my kichen in Japan !
