I have been living in Tokyo for 5 years , and I always loved to share my culture, my experiences through food, as I believe is the best way to learn from other people. I am Italian (Sicilian to be exact!), and I have shared my passion for food with friends all over the world over here! I hope you would like to try my genuine and authentic Sicilian cuisine, or the most favorite Italian dishes, or maybe you could be more interested in my fusion food. Long time ago with a chef friend of mine we launched a food fusion project called "bishoku de' pazzi" where Asian and Mediterranean flavours were mixed together, it was a great success !
