Food pairing with wine
I am a professor emeritus of a private university in Japan. When I was working, I organized many home party for foreign students. Now I have no chance of them and switch it to providing hospitality to foreign travelers who come to Kyoto. I like cooking and have a skill of cooking various countries including Japanese, Chinise, Korean, French, Italian and special restrictions vegetarian, mosline, Indians. I also like wine and can cook versions foods for best maching to wine. I have ever lived in Chicago, Bristben and Singapore. I can speak English enough because I was teaching computer science in English. I have more than 30times of experience to cook foreigners. See my photos .
