It was really great to have Shiori and Azuka san (and of course Yutaka!) over for lunch last week. They were my first hikers and they had Soto Ayam Lamongan. Shiori wants to write an article about KitchHike and was very interested about how the foods are prepared and the background story of Indonesian food. I was really happy to share what I know with her, and hopefully with this I can continue to show the world the wonderful flavour of Indonesian cuisine!
