Hello....I'm Linda from Jakarta Indonesia. I've been living in Japan for 15 years. I love everything about Japan especially the food, four season weather & mostly the onsen (Japanese hot spring). Cooking is my passion & I would like to introduce & share my knowledge about Indonesian food with you which is very delicious. Indonesian cuisine is one of the most vibrant & colourful cuisines which full of intense flavor. Indonesia has around 5,350 traditional recipes with 30 of them considered the most important. The most famous Indonesian food that most people around the world know is Rendang, Nasi Goreng & Satay. So, let's have fun for cooking Indonesian food with me.
