I was working at Japanese(Washoku) restaurant. I am still working hard and like to cook. I am good to cook all kind of Japanese meals, especially fish meal. I mainly serve course menu. Enjoy my course menu with fresh fish caught from Fukuoka.     Yoshihiko-san, he is a chef and have worked at a traditional Japanese restaurant for seven years. He made a delicious multi-course meals with fresh fish from his friend who is fishmonger. In the house, his wife and two children. His daughter helps him make a dessert. Our communication on the KitchHike messages is smooth and his reply is quickly. On the day, he picked us up from the station. If you are thinking to visit Hakata(center of Fukuoka), you have to contact to Yoshihiko-san!

    Yoshihikoさんは、博多の老舗料亭で7年間働いていた日本料理の板前さんです。知り合いの魚屋さんから仕入れた新鮮な魚で、美味しい会席料理を作ってくれました。奥さんと2人の娘さんがいて、デザートは娘さんが手伝ってくれたそうです。メッセージのやり取りは丁寧で返信が早く、当日は駅まで車で送迎してくれました。博多に行く機会があったらぜひYoshihikoさんに連絡してみてください！
