I had a good chance to share about Indonesian food and culture to Mihoko san and her friend. They're really surprised when they know there are so many kind of spices (real nutmeg, cloves, cardamon, star anise, etc), and herbs (fresh turmetic, galangal, kafir lime etc), from Indonesia.
