This was Maiko's very first hiking experience and also never had Jamaican foods before. She came not knowing what to expect but ready for anything. She helped to chop vegetables and carefully removing the tiny bones from the codfish. After all her hard work she was rewarded with a mouth watering spread that delighted her eyes as well as her tastebuds. As well as some homemade original cocktails. She was a fun hiker to have who laughed as we wash and clean up after. She is welcome back anytime.
