あのカレーはそんなにたくさんの種類のスパイスは使っておらず、ものすごくシンプルです。
野菜のピクルス、アチャールですね。あれはあちこちで好評です。

We were very moved by Mami and Ryota's hospitality. Having good foods, we enjoyed talking about journey around the world, playing with Kiko-chan and etc… It was short stay but we had a great time there. I would like to join Mami's cooking class and learn the technique to make a delicious dishes. Thank you!!

Dear Mami and Ryota,

It was our first time to experience Kitchhike and we are so happy we have tried it. You were amazing hosts; very warm, kind, hospitable people. And Kiko is the cutest. We appreciated that you listened to our requests concerning the food. The food was amazing, the best we had in our trip! (Mami cooked us delicious deep fried chicken,vegies, squid, rice, noodle soup and some local deserts) A wonderful local experience with new friends! We really hope we see you sometime in the near future in the Netherlands in our homes or in Japan..

Dear Mami + Ryota + little Kiko!!! Thank you so much for the great meal we had togheter! It was a treat to be received in your home in such a warm and comfy way - I loved every minute of the whole experience!

Besides the fact that the food was excellent, I really enjoyed the time spent together cooking and laughing and getting to know each other! One of the highlights of my trip to Japan!!!

Mami and her husband offered us a very warm welcome in Japan. They are very friendly and open-minded persons. Their baby is adorable. Their flat is very comfortable. And the food was amazing. Sashimis, miso soup, grilled pork and vegetables, soba noodles, ... We had a great time together and are very thankful that they made us discover a lot of Japan in our conversation. Haligato!!

My family and I had the time of our lives...Mami and Ryota are so nice, funny and happy...we felt at home at their place...the food was absolutely fantastic...so delicious!!! And Kiko is simply the cutest babe ever...everything was just perfect!!! It was an unforgetable experience...

My wife and I were treated to this amazing meal, and we had easily our best time in all of Tokyo! (Which is pretty tough, Tokyo is amazing.) Mami and her husband Ryota will make you feel like old friends as they stuff you with course after course of delicious Japanese home cooking. (We even ate some whole fish, head and all. They were delicious!) You will learn a lot about Japanese life and cooking. You'll also get to meet Kiko-chan, the baby with cheeks for days. (You won't be able to resist pinching them.)

The best night we had in Japan; It was just perfect. Now it's their turn to visit us in America!

I really enjoyed Japanese Teriyaki! Mami and her husband, Ryo were quite nice couple! She cooked Teriyaki and some Japanese tapas for me. Their hospitality is perfect and quite fun time!!! they love to travel, we have shared our story about the journey. The time went very fast. We built good relationship soon, keeping touch still now.
And they know many local information about Asakusa area. Highly recommended! Thanks to them, I could make special memory at Tokyo!:-) hope see you again!
