We ate a lot, talked a lot, and had a lot of fun today! Thanks to delicious food and Mohamed-san & his friends, we spent a good time and learnt more about Algeria. I think I can try to cook Bourek at home :)

モハメドさん、美味しいアルジェリア料理をありがとうございました。
どれも優しい味のお料理で、デザートもついてきて、モハメドさんは料理好きなジェントルマンで、色んな意味で楽しませていただきました！
特に、chorba adessという豆のスープはアルジェリア風のポタージュのようで、出汁が出ていて好きでした。
みんなで作ったBrickは、皮がパリパリしてて、中のポテトと卵がほくほくして美味しかったです。
これがKictchhike初参加でしたが、また違う会にも参加してみたいと思いました。

モハメドさん、アルジェリアの家庭料理の数々をありがとうございました。メインディッシュの「リシタ」という麺にかけたスープは、鶏肉とカブがトロトロに煮こまれていて、まるで日本のおでんのような、しみじみとした優しいおいしさでした。手近な材料でできて確実においしい「ブリック」は、さしずめお好み焼きみたいなポジションでしょうか。レンズ豆のスープも、ヘルシーでおだやかな味でした。ぜひ自宅でも再現してみたいと思います。

I ate Algeria cuisine first time and it was favorite taste by Japanese. Mohamed made four cuisine while we're talking fun. He is a good chef.

One of my friend in Algeria told me before that people in where Mohamed-san grew up are moderate and respect calmness as like natural environment around there. Mohamed-san is exact such a person. Also very nice chef. So, even you don't know anything about Algeria, you would know Algeria is how nice place and worth to visit from him and his cuisine. Thanks a lot.

ダメだしをされつつ上達した春巻も最高のおいしさでしたー！

アルジェリアから来日したムハンマドさんの手料理は、とてもおいしかったです。メニューは、ナスとツナのサラダ、ジャガイモのグラタン、野菜がたくさん入った鶏肉のクスクス、タジン、アルジェリアの茶葉で作ったミントティー。ムハンマドさんからは、アルジェリアの話なども聞き、楽しいひと時でした。

Absolutely a nice meal with lots of laughter thanks to Mohamed's handmade cooking and friendly approach.
It was my first time to taste Northern Africa cuisine but it was less processed in good way and simply delicious with plenty of vege . Recommendable!!

Mohamed cooking is very delicious!
He cooked two kinds of couscous,tomato base and white base,and much more.
It was taste light all,because he cares about health.
The original Algerian dish seems to employ a lot of oil.
So,his cooking matches Japanese preference.
In addition,there are few Algerian dish restaurants in Japan.
His cooking is still more valuable!

He is very smart and kind.
So,you can talk happily even if you cannot speak English very much.

Mohamed was actually my first COOK who I ate with. We visited his place as a group then cooked and ate Algerian cuisine together. It was my first time to eat Couscous and I had no idea what it was. I found we don't really find place to eat Algerian meals in tokyo, so he's the remarkable COOK who can serve us Couscous!
He's very interested in cultural exchanging so we enjoyed sharing our experience and visions towards overseas meals and cultural differences.

Mohamed is a very kind cook. He cooked some Algerian dishes for us and changed the taste of his dishes to healthy and less spicy for Japanese. Because original Algerian food is fatty, he said.
We went to his house with 7 people but an amount of food was enough.

Why don't you try to KitchHike his special Algerian dishes with Mohamed?

Mohamed is a very fun and kind person!!Japan doesn't yet have the Algerian dish restaurant.I'm very glad to be able to eat an Algerian dish in Kitch Hike.It was time happy really deliciously♪

Mohamed is a great COOK for Algerian home meals! I enjoyed his couscous and some kinds of Algerian food in Aoto, Tokyo. He told me many stories of their culture, which was so exciting for me that make me want to go there soon...Thanks Mohamed and his friends!Shukran!

I attend with my 2 friends. I feel little anxious because it's first time to use KitchHike,but,Mohamed welcome us kindly.
It's only place to have Algerian dishes in Japan.
Algerian dishes are similar to Moroccan but little different.

8 people attend to this party(we and his friends).

Main dish is chicken with red sauce (tomato base) and couscous with white sauce.
Very tasty! Chicken with red sauce seems like Arabian,couscous with white sauce is French.
Algeria food culture is mixture Berber and French and Turkey, and Arab.

We really enjoy his dishes and talking each other. Finally party finished on 10:30 p.m.
