私のイメージしていた（濃い？！）トルコ料理とは違い、スパイスやハーブも強くなく、さっぱりと食べれるメニューでした。
どのメニューも家庭的で、また、レシピのプリントも用意してくださっているので、是非、家でつくってみようと思いました。

旅好きのＹukaさんとは、年齢が近いこともあって、これまで行った国の話に始まり、その他、趣味の話や仕事の話など
色々話ができて、居心地がよかったのでついつい長居してしまいましたー。

トルコ料理はレストランで食べるものだと思い込んでいたのですが、、
こんなにも手軽に美味しくトルコ料理が作れるなんてかなり驚きでした(*^_^*)
Yukaさんの温かいおもてなしに癒され、色々な国を旅された話にワクワクしたり、ほんとに楽しい時間を過ごさせて頂きました！
今度教えて貰ったトルコ料理のホームパーティをしたいと思います♪

We had a great evening with our hosts, who were so friendly and nice with us, and patient with our daughters ! We learnt a lot of things, Yuka went to so many countries, it's really impressing ! And the dinner was excellent too. Thank you so much again Yuka and Osuman (I don't know if I spell it right), we'll never forget the time we had in Kyoto !

ご自身もトルコやウズベキスタンに旅行して料理を覚えてこられたというYukaさんが、同じ京都で中東料理を作る私に興味を持ってくださり、会いに来てくれました。中東話に花が咲き、さらに、もうお一人のHIKERがロシアに詳しい方だったので、中東とロシアの似たところ・違うところについてもワイワイとおしゃべりしながら料理を作り、大変楽しい時間を共有することができました。Yukaさんは料理や片付けの手際も良くて、すごく助けていただきました。ありがとう、Yukaさん。またいつでも来てくださいね。そのうちYukaさんの手料理もいただきに行きたいです。

I had a wonderful evening with Yuka! My family were visiting Kyoto over New Years holiday, and we wanted to try some local home cooking! We met Yuka at the local Aeon mall, after that we were escorted to her home. Yuka also invited her friend, and it was a great pleasure to meet her as well! Yuka was an amazing chef, she was very thoughtful and skilled! We had many different dishes, including Miso soup, Onigiri, grilled fish, potato stew, sweet beans, japanese tea, sweat potatoes, and more! My family really enjoyed eating a traditional style meal and meeting Yuka! The evening was very lively and friendly as we we became friends and shared stories! Yuka also helped teach my family some cooking! Perfect evening with a perfect host! Thank You!

Yuca and Atsuko are very sweet and friendly people. They love traveling, cooking, trying new experience and making friends, so we did really having fun cooking and enjoying food together. We talked a lot to understand about each other. I found 4 hours we spent together precious and interesting.
